Cake size 6X4 is filled and frosted with Chocolate Ganache then covered, finished and decorated with Captain’s Fondant. All edible designs including number and toy trains complete the cake theme.
This is an 8×4 inch round cake. Based on Thomas the Train. Front design is a relief design of the train, while surrounding area represents trees, mountains and clouds. The cake is covered and decorated in fondant. The name is also made of fondant. The happy birthday is made of royal icing.
This is a 6×4 cake with chocolate and vanilla flavor. Covered and decorated with fondant. The small train is made of fondant. Lettering on the pennon is edible pen.
This includes a 5 inch by 6 inch cake and 12 cupcakes with custom toppers. Inspired from trains and railroads. Primary icing is fondant which is used for the cake, cake topper and cupcake toppers. We also used an edible ink pen to write on the railroad crossing sign.
