Pilot themed cake. All edible topper and design. Cake is filled and frosted with Ganache under Captain’s Fondant. Airbrushed Clouds are finished with pearl sheen. Emblem and name are made from layered hand cut Fondant sheets.
This is an 8×4 inch round cake. The cake is covered in buttercream. All the vehicles and signs are made out of fondant. The vehicles on top had to be attached to sticks to stand up on the cake.
