Mermaid’s Dream Cake. A mermaid can certainly dream of meringue and macaron cookies under the sea right? The ombre Teal Buttercream gives more depth to the sea as we witness more sweet treats as the mermaid goes deeper in slumber.

Xaxa’s Buttercream Make Up Kit Edible toppers of pressed powder, lipsticks, eye shadows and blushes together with nail polish bottles and make up brushes are made from preset Captain’s Fondant. Buttercreamcheese Frosting is piped all around the Red Velvet Cake. Cake size is 8 inches diameter by 4 inches height.

Royal Icing piped roses in Pink, Yellow, Blue and Teal fill the top of the Rose Gold Buttercream Cake. Borders are piped Royal Icing scrolls hand painted gold. Lasercut paper in inserted on top for the message of the cake.

8×5 cake is filled with Chocolate Ganache then covered, and finished with Marbled Teal and Violet Buttercream. Highlighted with preset fondant flowers, French Macarons, tinted Chocolate Sails and Mayan Gold food color painted fondant number for the age. All decorations are edible and made especially for the color palette and design.

Cake size 8×4 is filled with Chocolate Ganache then covered and pipe bordered with Italian Buttercream. Design is finished off with pink chocolate drip, preset Fondant roses and tinted Almond Macarons. Acrylic insert topper included.

Eurysse’s Skye 6×5 Buttercream cake filled with Ganache covered with Vanilla Italian Buttercream then finished with pink tinted melted chocolate drip. The cake is adorned with sugar cookies and meringue treats. Skye is edible printed and laid on Fondant with Royal Icing.

6×5 cake decorated with sand ground biscuits, preset fondant Seashells and flowers, topped with hand-shaped stylized character fondant figure. Birthday message is printed on glossy photo paper and fixed to food safe woodstick inserted to cake. Cake tier is filled with Ganache then covered and combed with natural hue and royal blue Italian buttercream.

Dense Chocolate Cake filled with Dark Chocolate Ganache then frosted and covered with Italian Buttercream. Unwired Preset Poinsettias are made with Captain’s Fondant.
