Congratulations Jaypee and Chinky! This is an idea from the couple, which was inspired from the Spilled Milk cake. The idea still uses the base topsy turvy cake, and the cake is in all white. Pastel colors are spilled out, almost dripping. Peonies decorates the cake and surrounded by pastel cupcakes and flowers.
