This is an 8×4 inch round cake covered in light purple fondant, decorated with stars. The main highlight are the fondant figures with the Princess Leia, Artoo unit, See-Threepio, Darth Vader and Chewbacca. The cake is moist and dense, filled and frosted with chocolate ganache then finished and decorated with Captain’s Fondant.
