Description: 3D Character Cake of the Human Lasallian Star formation last June 17, 2012. The cake is all-edible featuring Tala holding the institutional icon Signum Fidei, made with chocolate cake, rice crispies, royal icing, fondant and gumpaste. Total number of servings is 25.

Details:

  • The cake stands (in this case “sits”) at 12 inches high without the hat (salakot) with the hat it is at 14″.
  • The character is made of 3 component cakes: chocolate cake for the legs and head, rice crispies for the chest to tummy. All covered in royal icing, fondant and gumpaste.
  • The star is made with rice crispies and decorated with fondant and gumpaste.
